the pool area was quiet. it included my own mini fridge box with water. the minibar in the room was replenished every day, and the room cleaning was perfect.

we arrived shortly after the resort reopened. the service staff had limited training. the staff had very limited understanding of beverages guests ordered. too many managers stood around, and it seemed they did not support their staff.

The suite upgrade upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. the complimentary high tea and cocktail hour enhanced the experience. i found the cool boxes on the beach and pool loungers very useful. They included lip balm, water, and juice. i received a cake for my birthday, a nice touch.

the service staff in the restaurants seemed to lack sufficient training. This led to occasional errors with orders.

The location is amazing for a romantic escape, access to the beach and gentle walks are a plus. i liked the complimentary afternoon tea and evening drinks. They were a treat. the breakfast offered fresh juice and a wide food selection. ms. zainab at reception welcomed me warmly and helped me a lot.

the minibar prices are slightly elevated. it's a small issue though
